Cancellation & rescheduling policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to reschedule your course, please email us as soon as you can. In most cases, we are happy to move your registration to another available session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible for a particular date, we will work with you to find the best alternative.

Cancellations 21 days or more before the course start date

  • No cancellation fee applies.
  • You may choose to transfer to another session or receive a full refund (minus any bank or transaction fees).

Cancellations 20 days or fewer before the course start date

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may be limited, as course materials and administrative time are already allocated.
  • When possible, we will explore rescheduling options.

No‑Shows

  • Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability.
